SHIPPING RATES  


Standard Delivery Charges:

  • Europe / 15 USD$ Delivered by Express Courier shipment in 4-10 working days.
  • USA & Canada / 30 USD$ Delivered by Express Courier shipment in 4-10 working days.       
  • Rest of the World / 40 USD$ Delivered by Express Courier shipment in 4-10 working days. 

*You’re welcome to select the exact shipping costs during your checkout process.

Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may occur once the package reaches the country of destination. 

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

Oma partnered with an international multi- courier shipping service (DHL, UPS & more) which offers express international shipping at domestic rates, so we can provide low shipping prices to your destination.   

Most orders are processed and packed on the same day and usually arrive between 4 to 10 working days. Occasionally, shipping can take as long as 21 days based on your destination country. Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed.

Oma is not responsible for any delays caused by matters, not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receiving your order, depending on the destination country. The receiver will be liable for such charges. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are imposed by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on a number of factors such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked by your local authorities. 

 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

In the case that your order has to be returned to us due to the receiver’s refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees, or as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you, our customer service will have to charge you for shipping and handling fees and any additional administrative charges that might be incurred for customs clearance and return process. 

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Please note, that the stock offered on Oma’s site is limited and that items may sell out during your shopping session. However, stock availability will be updated upon reaching the checkout page.

Oma reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or shut down the site’s online store at any time, and at its sole discretion and nothing herein shall be deemed as an obligation to offer any items for sale.

Oma will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and the approved orders shall be dispatched in the order that they have been received. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you about this ASAP. 

In this case, Oma will give you the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, Oma will refund you with the sum paid, within 10 days after termination, at the latest. The destination of delivery is deemed to be the address that was informed by you to Oma at the time of registration and/or placing the order.

 

PRICES & CURRENCIES

The company cannot and will not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies.  

 

RETURNS

Oma hopes that you are delighted with the items you purchased,

However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there's no problem. You're welcome it return  within 14 days from the receiving date.

In any case of return or replace an item, please send us an email at oma@omaisawoman.com. Please make sure to provide us with your order number, details of the item you wish to return or replace, and the reason you wish to return it. Oma will make sure to replay you within 3 business days.

Please note, in case you wish to return, It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs for returning your item.

In case of replacing an item for another, the replacement will occur at the arrival of our courier, where your new item will be replaced with the item you wished to return.
